While I don’t wear a tinfoil hat, I do believe the universe is chock full of unknown and unknowable things. Growing up I devoured shows like The Twilight Zone, then The Outer Limits, and Friday the 13th (the Series) and of course, the X-Files. Pepper in any movie where the normal day was interrupted by something banana-balls off the wall by the beginning of the second act I was sold! (I just had to convince parents to rent it from the video store)

My own stories blend horror, science fiction, and dark comedy, usually involving ordinary people who discover that the universe runs on rules they were never meant to understand and the best they can do is survive…or not.

I love the moment when reality stops behaving and how the underdog rolls with the punches, or gets knocked down.

Either way, things tend to escalate quickly.
